Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Thick & Beautiful. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving the item, under the following conditions:

Return Process:
To initiate a return or exchange:

• Contact our customer support team at support@thicknbeautiful.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, product images, and the reason for the return or exchange.
• If we accept your request, we will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to send the product back.
• After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and either issue a replacement item or a refund.

Conditions for Return or Exchange:

• We will only accept returns or exchanges if the product is damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong size or item.
• Size Chart: Please refer to our size chart on the product page before placing your order to ensure a perfect fit. We are unable to accept returns for items ordered in the correct size that are simply unwanted.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

Return Shipping:
We offer free return shipping on eligible items within 30 days. If you are returning an item for a reason other than a product error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
